Welcome to HomeServeAgent.com. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and any related features, applications, or tools (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Who We Are
HomeServeAgent (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides an online platform that connects homeowners and other users with home service providers (e.g., repair, maintenance, cleaning). We may also publish informational content, guides, and reviews about home services.
Eligibility
You must be at least the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction to form a binding contract (usually 18) to use the Service. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal right to enter into these Terms.
Using the Service

- Listings & Providers: Listings of service providers on HomeServeAgent are provided by third parties. We do not guarantee the qualifications, availability, or performance of any provider. Users should verify licenses, insurance, and references directly with providers where appropriate.
- Bookings & Contracts: When you book a service through the platform, you enter into a contract directly with the service provider unless otherwise stated. Terms of service, pricing, cancellations, warranties and guarantees are set by the provider and/or the specific listing.
- Payments: If we process payments on behalf of a provider, payment terms will be disclosed at checkout. We may use third-party payment processors. We are not responsible for the practices of payment providers. Refunds, disputes, and chargebacks are subject to the provider’s policy and the payment processor’s terms.
Pricing, Fees & Taxes
- Prices listed on the site are set by service providers and may change. We may charge fees for certain features (e.g., promoted listings). You are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or fees associated with your transactions.
User Content
- Definition: “User Content” means text, photos, reviews, ratings, messages, or other content you submit through the Service.
- License: By submitting User Content you grant HomeServeAgent a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferrable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and distribute that content in connection with the Service.
- Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your User Content and must not post content that infringes others’ rights, violates privacy, or is unlawful. We may remove or refuse content at our discretion.

Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HomeServeAgent and its owners, officers, employees, agents, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for direct damages shall not exceed the amount you actually paid to us (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold HomeServeAgent harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of third-party rights, or any User Content you submit.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for other legitimate business reasons. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will end and we may delete account data as permitted by law.
Refunds & Disputes
Refund, cancellation, and dispute procedures vary depending on whether the transaction is between users and service providers or processed by us. Check the specific provider’s terms and the payment processor’s policies. Third-Party Sites & Content
The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for third-party sites and you access them at your own risk. Third-party terms and privacy policies apply to those sites.

Changes To The Terms
